E-Mediat is funded by the Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI) of the United States Department of State with support from Microsoft. The program is managed by the Institute of International Education (IIE), and implemented with a coalition of leading new media experts and international partners from the public and private sectors.

For the year 2011-2012, the E-mediat Morocco Program will be implemented at the Oriental and Middle Atlas in partnership with:

1 - Oriental AGEF Oujda

2 - Azrou Center for Community Development of Al Akhawayn University, and

3 - The Association of Youth without Borders in Meknes El Hajeb
