Microsoft Live Essentials 2011 & Video Editing

E-mediat Morocco holds its fourth workshop on "Microsoft Live Essentials and Video Editing" according to the following schedule:
- Wednesday 7, Thursday 8 and Friday 9 December for participants in Azrou region in Al Akhawayn Center in Azrou.
- Friday 9, Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 December for participants in Meknes region in ESTEP School, Avenue FAR (near the main train station).
- Saturday 17, Sunday 18 and Monday 19 December for participants in Oujda in AGEF training center.
The schedule of the training is from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
This training is mainly about Microsoft Live Essentials, Video editing and YouTube Channel. It will be conducted by a trainer from the Fourth R and one e-Mediat team member. The agenda of the training is as follow:
Day 1:
- Windows Live Writer 2011: Blog Like a Pro by adding photos, videos, maps and other items.
- Photo Gallery Windows Live 2011: Photo Manager
- Movie Maker: Video editing
- Windows Live Family Safety : Parental Control
- Microsoft Publisher: Creating flyers and banners
Day 2:
- Bing Toolbar: Bing extension for Internet Explorer and Firefox
- Windows Live Mesh: synchronization and distance access
- Windows Live Messenger 2011: the messaging Client MSN
- Exercises on Windows Live Essentials & Microsoft Publisher tools
Day 3:
- Introduce frameworks for digital storytelling for NGOs
- To understand what makes a good NGO video and the process of creating one
- Introduce basic shooting techniques and practice with a Flip Camera
- Understand the basics of setting and using a YouTube Channel
