It's
easy to get started.
WebEx is a web-based service, so you can use it from any computer (Windows, Mac, Linux, or Solaris) – as well as your iPhone, BlackBerry, or any other Wi-Fi or 3G-enabled mobile device. There's no complicated installation. For a brief overview on joining a meeting, please follow this link:

1) Use Phone: You can call in or have the training
session call you. This usually allows for a clearer connection than computer.
2) Use Computer for Audio: Select the arrow, then choose Call using

- Windows 98, Me, NT, 2000 SP4, XP SP2, 2003 R2, or Vista
- Intel x86 (Pentium 400MHZ +) or compatible processor
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher, Firefox 1.5 or higher, Mozilla 1.7 or higher, , or Netscape 8.1 or higher
- JavaScript and cookies must be enabled
- Recommend ActiveX be enabled for Internet Explorer
- 56K or faster Internet connection

The first time you connect, you may need to
install the Add-on. Installation is brief and should be done within a minute or
two. Once you join, you will be prompted for audio connection information.
Follow the instructions in the email you were provided to join the Audio
portion of the meeting.
